There are six
schools in Bala'. Three of them are for boys and the other three are
for girls. Two of the six schools are secondary, two of them are
upper basic and two of them are lower basic. The two secondary
schools include scientific, literary and commercial streams.

Bala' Secondary
Boys' School has 13 classrooms. Its employees are 24 ones and the
number of the students in it is 303.

Bala' Upper
Basic Boys' School has 11 classrooms. The number of employees in
it is 17 and the number of the students is 389.

Bala' Lower
Basic Boys' School includes 8 classrooms. It has 13 employees and
325 students.

Bala' Secondary
Girls' School includes 12 classrooms. The number of employees in
it is 18, but the number of the students is 300.

Bala' Upper
Basic Girls' School has 10 classrooms. Its number of employees is
17 and the number of students is 336.

Bala' Lower
Basic Girls' School includes 9 classrooms. The number of its
students is 362 and the number of employees is 13.
Besides schools,
there are three kindergartens which are for children under six years
old. One of them is the Kindergarten of Bala' Charitable Society
which receives about a hundred and fifty kids whom are taught by
five teachers. The other one is (Al-Zuhour) kindergarten in which
five teachers teach about eighty five kids. The third one is (Mecca)
kindergarten which has only two teachers for about forty kids. The
number of boys and girls is increasing, and so the necessity for
establishing new schools is a must.
Lastly, we should
say that there are hundreds of students who study either at
universities or at colleges and some of them have got the first
university degree while others have got the second university
degree.
Moreover, there is
a number of distinguished students who have got Ph.D. in different
subjects or university degree in medicine or engineering. |
