The municipality
is responsible for providing people with all necessary services. For
example, it has an electric network which provides people with the
electric current. This network needs strengthening and renewing as
it doesn't meet the increasing need for electricity. Experts believe
that other two transformers at least are necessary to be added to
electricity network.
There is a network
of water which provides population with drinking water and with
irrigation water, too. All quantities of water come from a main
fountain well which is located in the west area of the town.
Another important
public service in the town is the telephone network whose service is
available to almost every citizen.
The town has a
network of roads which make transport and movement easier. These
roads reach to outskirts of the town and to the agricultural land,
so car can move freely and easily in all parts of the town.
We have two taxi
offices in the town. They work day and night inside and outside the
town. Each of which has five public cars.
Moreover, there is
a group of public cars which carry people from Bala' to the
government centre (Tulkarm) and vice-versa. |
